Q: Are these bills actual money?
A: Yes. We take crisp uncirculated $1 bills and place a sticky decal over top of George Washington with a celebrity's portrait. You can remove this sticker at any time and spend it like you would with any other dollar.
Q: Isn't this defacing a dollar bill?

Q: Can you make a bill with my face on it?
